By accessing or using Deal IQ and its related website, mobile app, beta program, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Deal IQ is a mobile app built to help card collectors and sellers evaluate offers, track profits, manage inventory, follow card values, and stay on top of the numbers behind their cards. Features, tools, and availability may change over time, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain parts of Deal IQ. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Deal IQ only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the Services. You may not misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy data in an unauthorized way, or use the Services to violate any law or regulation. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

5. User Content and Data

You may submit or store information in Deal IQ, including card details, inventory information, deal history, pricing data, costs, profits, images, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a limited right to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Services.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for ensuring that you have the rights to any content you upload.

6. Intellectual Property

Deal IQ and its content, branding, design, features, functionality, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

7. Market Data and App Information

Deal IQ may display card values, comps, pricing information, scores, profit calculations, and other data to help you better understand offers and manage your cards. This information is provided for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any pricing, market data, score, calculation, or other information shown in the app is fully accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific situation.

8. No Financial or Investment Advice

Deal IQ is a tool for informational and organizational purposes. Nothing in the Services should be considered financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own buying, selling, trading, pricing, and collection decisions.

9. Beta Features

Some parts of Deal IQ may be offered as beta features or through beta access programs such as TestFlight. Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain bugs, or be unavailable from time to time. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or continued access for beta features.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Deal IQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal IQ and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Deal IQ at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or if we decide to stop offering the Services. You may also stop using the Services at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Deal IQ after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
